What is RTT?
RTT® is a therapy that uses proven techniques from various psychotherapies, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness to help people make positive changes. It focuses on reframing negative beliefs, values, habits, and emotions, often rooted in childhood.Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® identifies the origins of unhelpful beliefs and behaviors and uses neuroplasticity to create new mental pathways. It was developed by therapist Marisa Peer over 30 years of practical experience.
RTT® differs from other therapies by uncovering the root causes of issues and transforming them with unique tools and techniques. RTTⓇ helps clients find out why they feel the way they do. Unlike other therapies that concentrate on the issue and challenge, RTTⓇ helps clients figure out where their beliefs and behaviors that cause the issue originally came from. With special tools and methods, RTTⓇ helps clients change their current challenge and adopt better, positive beliefs to move forward.
In an RTT® session, you'll relax and explore past events with a professional to reframe your perspective and establish new, positive beliefs. You'll receive a personalized audio recording to reinforce changes over 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward.
